During his career in advertising, İlkan Akgul worked with many political parties and NGOs. He also wrote articles for media outlets such as Journo and Jiyan. Akgul is one of the co-founders of the digital culture platform ShortMAG, and is currently the coordinator of their podcast show ShortCAST which is distributed through Medyapod network. Akgul also creates content for other media platforms.
